What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel and reseller partners aligned with strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners as primary liaison
- Equip partners with tools, training, and resources for effective sales enablement
- Drive partner-led sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and co-branded campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in channel or partner sales roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in an onsite environment
- Proven success in managing partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of B2B technology sales and indirect go-to-market models
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools
