What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel and reseller partners aligned with strategic objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners as primary liaison
• Equip partners with tools, training, and resources for effective sales enablement
• Drive partner-led sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and co-branded campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in channel or partner sales roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in an onsite environment
• Proven success in managing partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of B2B technology sales and indirect go-to-market models
• Experience with CRM and partner management tools
