What you will do

• Design, implement, and oversee large-scale, multi-channel Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage significant investments, forecast outcomes, and ensure maximum profitability across markets.
• Develop and leverage advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior PPC specialists to ensure skill growth and operational excellence.
• Integrate Google Ads efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives (SEO, Social Ads, etc.) for unified campaign performance.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Discovery/Demand Gen, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 equivalent).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and transforming insights into strategic recommendations.
• High level of ownership and accountability, able to manage projects independently and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, always seeking improvement opportunities.
