Account Strategist Intern (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Provide support on various types of clients.
• Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
• Solve any client issue/bug on campaigns by troubleshooting and liaising with Campaign Management and Technical Solutions teams.
• Help the AS team identify growth opportunities within the current existing business portfolio.
• Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.
• Contribute to team success by improving tools and internal processes, including building case studies.

Requirements

• Must be able to do an internship in Barcelona for 6 months from March.
• Completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field, FMCG brand, or e-commerce.
• Possess business sense, analytical skills, and attention to detail to explore product performances.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Native level or fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, search formulas, math formulas).

Nice to have

• Portuguese or Italian language skills are a plus.
