Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base + $100k+ OTE

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a strong network of district-level administrators and educators across Texas.
  • Generate leads and drive discovery meetings through outreach, conferences, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and procurement.
  • Conduct hands-on, math-focused product demonstrations tailored to educators.
  • Support assessment and application of RFPs and state adoption processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals while managing stakeholder relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas or willing to commute/relocate to Austin.
  • 3-5 years experience in growth-oriented sales roles within education or curriculum sectors.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with district-level administrators and educators.
  • Passion for math education and improving traditional teaching methods.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% within the region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in math education or as a teacher.
  • Startup experience, especially in early-stage market development.
  • Existing network within K-12 education.
