What you will do
- Build and maintain a strong network of district-level administrators and educators across Texas.
- Generate leads and drive discovery meetings through outreach, conferences, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and procurement.
- Conduct hands-on, math-focused product demonstrations tailored to educators.
- Support assessment and application of RFPs and state adoption processes.
- Negotiate and close deals while managing stakeholder relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas or willing to commute/relocate to Austin.
- 3-5 years experience in growth-oriented sales roles within education or curriculum sectors.
- Proven ability to build relationships with district-level administrators and educators.
- Passion for math education and improving traditional teaching methods.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% within the region.

- Experience in math education or as a teacher.
