What you will do

• Serve as primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts.
• Maintain consultative, solution-based selling of hirify.global products.
• Showcase products via online demos and qualify inbound leads from calls and chats.
• Follow up on leads from campaigns and maintain CRM records and pipeline projections.
• Quote customers and collaborate with technical sales engineers to meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and weekly KPIs.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong communication and trust-building skills with a hunter sales attitude.
• Ability to manage high lead volumes and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a bonus.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and college degree or equivalent experience.
