What you will do
- Serve as primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts.
- Maintain consultative, solution-based selling of hirify.global products.
- Showcase products via online demos and qualify inbound leads from calls and chats.
- Follow up on leads from campaigns and maintain CRM records and pipeline projections.
- Quote customers and collaborate with technical sales engineers to meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and weekly KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong communication and trust-building skills with a hunter sales attitude.
- Ability to manage high lead volumes and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a bonus.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and college degree or equivalent experience.
