TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Data Resilience/Cybersecurity): Driving net-new and expansion revenue within named enterprise accounts by positioning data protection, cyber resilience, and security software as business-critical infrastructure. Focus on C-level engagement, complex deal orchestration, and selling through partners while maintaining executive sponsorship and strategic account control.

Location: Remote in Mexico, specifically covering assigned enterprise accounts in Mexico.

What you will do

  • Own and execute account strategy to achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas for assigned enterprise customers.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and wallet share expansion through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, positioning solutions around business outcomes like resilience and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations on cyber resilience posture, ransomware, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with channel partners, GSIs, MSSPs, and distributors, influencing partner-led opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Renewals, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions into large Mexican enterprises.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic account planning skills, with executive-level communication.
  • Experience with indirect / channel-led sales models.
  • Fluent Spanish required; English proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Consultative, outcome-oriented sales mindset with high accountability and ownership.
