What you will do

- Build production-ready systems combining security platforms with GenAI models and RAG pipelines.
- Coach and develop senior engineers and managers fostering high performance and inclusion.
- Own delivery of critical product initiatives ensuring technical excellence and reliability.
- Participate in hiring and organizational planning for team growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with eligibility for US government authorizations.
- Experienced technical leader with strong AI, machine learning, or data science background.
- Knowledge of LLM technologies including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
- Comfortable with backend or full-stack development in cloud-based SaaS environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Proven people management skills to attract and retain top AI and engineering talent.
Nice to have
- Security domain experience and understanding of threat investigation.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
- Contributions to AI/ML infrastructure or applied GenAI products.
