• Participate in hiring and organizational planning for team growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with eligibility for US government authorizations.
• Experienced technical leader with strong AI, machine learning, or data science background.
• Knowledge of LLM technologies including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Comfortable with backend or full-stack development in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Proven people management skills to attract and retain top AI and engineering talent.

Nice to have

• Security domain experience and understanding of threat investigation.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
