What you will do

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams through coaching, feedback, and clear growth paths
• Create conditions for teams to deliver consistently and confidently
• Partner closely with Product to shape priorities and execution
• Remove friction in processes, communication, and ways of working
• Hire and grow strong engineering teams across France and the UK
• Act as a thoughtful technical counterpart, challenging decisions and protecting long-term quality without hands-on coding

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or France
• Several years experience as an Engineering Manager in SaaS or scale-up environments
• Strong engineering background with comfort engaging in technical topics
• Proven track record leading high-performing distributed teams
• Experience with modern backend systems like Rust or Node.js is a plus
• Curiosity and learning mindset; fintech or crypto experience is a bonus
