What you will do

  • Own and grow a defined book of business for hirify.global’s Maritime products within the EMEA region.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 Sales Specialists across the globe.
  • Ensure the team develops and acts on defined Territory plans.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline for the team and your own, driving value and maximizing revenue.
  • Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
  • Support cross-functional teams and represent hirify.global externally with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong experience in SaaS Sales roles in the maritime space.
  • 5+ years experience in a commercial role, with 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
