TL;DR

VP, EMEA Sales (Software): Developing and executing a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share and build customer satisfaction in the EMEA region with an accent on scaling a world-class sales organization and driving strategic go-to-market plans. Focus on assessing current methodologies, implementing adjustments for performance optimization, and building sales capacity through data-driven operations.

Location: On-site in London or Geneva with an expectation of in-person presence three days a week in the local office.

What you will do

  • Scale and maintain a world-class EMEA sales organization that sustains efficient and high long-term growth.
  • Create and drive new strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
  • Assess current sales methodologies and team structure to optimize performance and build infrastructure.
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability, driving to exceed quotas and manage incentive tools.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader and advisor to the CRO and broader Executive Team.
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, and instill operational rigor into the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Experience with **Go-to-Market Complexity** across field, inside, and channel sales into multi-segment customer bases.
  • Track record of leading an organization through **rapid growth to $1B and beyond**.
  • Experience within a **cloud-native SaaS business** and managing a predictable recurring revenue model.
  • Proven **Operational Rigor** in implementing complex strategy and data-driven operational improvements.
  • Ability to work on-site in London or Geneva three days a week.
  • Cannot support visa candidates in the UK.
