What you will do
- Scale and maintain a world-class EMEA sales organization that sustains efficient and high long-term growth.
- Create and drive new strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
- Assess current sales methodologies and team structure to optimize performance and build infrastructure.
- Maintain strong reporting and accountability, driving to exceed quotas and manage incentive tools.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and advisor to the CRO and broader Executive Team.
- Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, and instill operational rigor into the sales organization.
Requirements
- Experience with **Go-to-Market Complexity** across field, inside, and channel sales into multi-segment customer bases.
- Track record of leading an organization through **rapid growth to $1B and beyond**.
- Experience within a **cloud-native SaaS business** and managing a predictable recurring revenue model.
- Proven **Operational Rigor** in implementing complex strategy and data-driven operational improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in London or Geneva three days a week.
- Cannot support visa candidates in the UK.
