What you will do
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class, high-performing inbound sales team.
- Own and monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly to identify gaps and drive timely improvements.
- Maintain a clear and tidy pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and leveraging AI where possible.
- Own accurate weekly/monthly sales performance reporting and monitoring, including pipeline management and sales forecasts.
- Develop and scale hirify.global’s UK partnership ecosystem by identifying, securing, and activating high-value partners.
- Identify and share opportunities in terms of pricing, packaging, and upsell, and provide feedback to the Marketing team.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Sales in the UK as an Individual contributor
- Minimum of 3 years managing Sales teams
- At least 1 year of experience closing, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships, ideally in the B2B space
- Most recent Sales experience in inbound Sales, B2B or SaaS.
- Native English speaker
- Proven track record of embodying ownership, humility, structured thinking, great listening, data-driven approach, and the ability to have tough conversations positively.
