TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (work from home every Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday-Thursday).

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the delivery process to ensure features reach customers efficiently, contributing to OKRs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to balance feature development with technical improvements.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team by conducting assessments and implementing career progression pathways.
  • Drive technical strategy in alignment with business goals, making strategic trade-offs.
  • Ensure high-quality output by establishing best practices in quality assurance and incident management.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to align on shared objectives and integrated roadmaps.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in software engineering and technical management.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with a strong track record in driving delivery processes and team development.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance feature delivery with technical improvements.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to gaining deep business context.
  • Proven experience in owning delivery timelines and quality outcomes, with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience facilitating joint planning and alignment.

Hiring process

  • Three onsite interviews: Delivery Management and Team Collaboration, Technical Interview, People and Team management.
