What you will do

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners including IBEX 35 companies and large tech enterprises.
  • Design and execute joint action plans to increase demand generation and commercial conversion.
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle and deliver tailored product demos.
  • Participate in industry events and executive sessions with partners and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to ensure excellence throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and results-driven attitude.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Must be located in Barcelona, Spain for onsite work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in channel management, partnerships, or partner ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong command of social selling strategies, especially on LinkedIn.
