What you will do
- Identify and engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on hirify.global’s platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies’ prospecting workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical-specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Spanish.
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
- Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates).
- Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment.
- Must be Barcelona-based or open to relocating to Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or prospecting into Italian SMBs and enterprise accounts.
- Background in Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
- Prior exposure to AI-driven sales tools or marketing automation platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities (Italian, German, or French) to support broader EMEA outreach.
