What you will do
- Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized sequences
- Qualify leads by uncovering business needs and buying readiness, then hand over to Account Executives
- Become a trusted product expert and articulate hirify.global AI's value for German companies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Expansion Lead to refine messaging and scale outreach
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report on outreach metrics
- Collect and share market feedback to support go-to-market strategy and playbook development
Requirements
- Native German speaker and fluent in English
- 1+ year experience in B2B SDR or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong communication skills for cold calls, discovery, and video meetings
- Solid understanding of B2B outbound fundamentals and CRM usage
- Based in Barcelona or open to relocate
