What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution and implementation of the enterprise risk management strategy.
• Support the identification, evaluation, and quantification of risks across the organisation.
• Implement the risk framework across global entities and maintain cross-functional elements.
• Strengthen firmwide risk awareness and culture.
• Consolidate metrics for risk reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Risk function at a Financial Services company, preferably with payments experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and laws, and core risk management concepts.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supporting risk management systems (e.g., GRC platform).
• Analytical mindset with strong ability to quantify identified risks and manage data.
• Ability to work hybrid in the London office three days per week.
