What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution and implementation of the enterprise risk management strategy.
• Support identification, evaluation and quantification of risks across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of the risk framework across global entities.
• Maintain cross-functional elements of the risk management framework.
• Consolidate metrics for risk reporting requirements.
• Strengthen firmwide risk awareness and culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Risk function at a Financial Services company, preferably with payments experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and laws.
• Understanding of core risk management concepts.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Experience in supporting risk management systems such as a GRC platform.
• Analytical mindset with strong ability to quantify identified risks.
• Team player who is also comfortable working independently.
