What you will do
- Generate new business acquisition through the complete sales cycle
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share
- Prospect via cold calls and strategic email outreach
- Educate and consult prospects on how hirify.global can help grow their business
- Identify influencers and decision makers within target organizations
- Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Hubspot)
Requirements
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in Australia
- 2+ years of closing experience in software sales
- 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses
- 1+ years of inside sales experience, including live demos
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience
- Strong understanding of the Australian market

- Experience working in early stage startups
- Experience in customer verticals served (fitness, yoga, wellness)
- Experience connecting with small business owners in Australia
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas
