What you will do
- Drive pipeline growth through personalized outbound prospecting.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in life sciences.
- Lead discovery sessions to address compliance and operational challenges (GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Apply MEDDPICC principles for strong qualification, forecasting accuracy, and deal consistency.
- Maintain disciplined, data-driven CRM management (HubSpot) and meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an Account Executive or quota-carrying SaaS sales role (life sciences or regulated industries preferred).
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex SaaS deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German or French an advantage).
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
