What you will do

  • Drive pipeline growth through personalized outbound prospecting.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in life sciences.
  • Lead discovery sessions to address compliance and operational challenges (GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles for strong qualification, forecasting accuracy, and deal consistency.
  • Maintain disciplined, data-driven CRM management (HubSpot) and meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Account Executive or quota-carrying SaaS sales role (life sciences or regulated industries preferred).
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex SaaS deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German or French an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
