TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing sales processes including prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business with a focus on SMB customers in the US and UK. Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) or Eastern Timezone - US/Canada (Remote)

What you will do

  • Build rapport with prospective customers and secure meetings
  • Qualify opportunities and close new business with key decision makers in the US and UK
  • Understand customer challenges and needs deeply
  • Develop and pioneer sales playbook for high volume, high velocity sales
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Boston, MA or Eastern Timezone in US/Canada
  • Prior experience in tech startup or similar sales environment, preferably SMB segment
  • Strong technical skills and SaaS workflow experience with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Motivated to understand customer needs and highly organized

Nice to have

  • Experience with Product Led Growth organizations
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo
