Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate marketing clients, building strong relationships and trust.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities and lead new business pitches as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to oversee account teams and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Coach and influence account teams to achieve strong results without direct management responsibility.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Proficiency in client presentations, data analysis, and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Experience managing revenue targets and client expansion preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
