What you will do
- Own execution of lifecycle journeys across email and in-app channels focused on adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Use product usage and billing data to segment customers and tailor targeted campaigns.
- Optimize onboarding and early adoption journeys to drive long-term retention and expansion.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and seat utilization.
- Define and track KPIs, partnering with RevOps and Marketing Ops for reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign ideation, copy generation, QA, and reporting.
- Maintain clean lifecycle workflows and campaign documentation.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects aligned with team goals.
Requirements
- Must have 3–5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or subscription models.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and data-driven segmentation.
- Experience running experiments and iterating based on results.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Clear written communication skills for email and in-product messaging.
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience driving seat expansion and cross-department adoption.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and basic SQL or BI tools.
- Experience with modular design systems for messaging.
- Involvement in churn-prevention or save programs.
