What you will do

• Build and grow a network of partners and affiliate networks, focusing on direct affiliate deals.
• Take full ownership of strategic execution, driving initiatives from planning to measurable impact.
• Manage and nurture relationships with new partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Track and analyze affiliate activity and campaign results, using data-driven insights to optimize the program.
• Negotiate partnership terms, including campaign models and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and game publishers to align affiliate strategies with overall business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to initiate and manage negotiations, building strong affiliate relationships from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in managing large volumes of partners while maintaining quality and performance.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel) and website intelligence/SEO tools (e.g., Similarweb, Ahrefs).
• Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry, including its trends, audience behavior, and growth dynamics.
• Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
