What you will do
- Source businesses matching Square's ideal customer profile across various sizes and markets.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
- Reach out to businesses at scale through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Promote urgency using a solutions-based sales approach, identifying challenges and providing targeted value.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to identify winning strategies for outbound prospecting.
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly quotas.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French.
- 3-6+ months of sales experience (e.g., door-to-door sales, Sales Development Representative background, or a short business development internship).
