TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with an accent on Challenger sales methodology and MEDDPICC sales process. Focus on building and managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting in-depth discovery, and closing deals within mid-market organizations.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (4 days per month remote, 3 full weeks remote per year)

What you will do

  • Lead generation and prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align company solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Skillfully address and overcome objections to move the sales process forward.
  • Drive the sales process to close deals, ensuring legal and financial terms are agreed upon.

Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience in Sales with a strong track record of navigating within mid-market organizations.
  • Proven experience of prospection and closing in a competitive landscape on SMB business with sales cycles between 1-4 months.
  • Strong commercial mindset, including assertiveness, autonomy, and proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to daily activity planning and prioritizing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French/German.
