What you will do
- Lead generation and prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach strategies.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align company solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Skillfully address and overcome objections to move the sales process forward.
- Drive the sales process to close deals, ensuring legal and financial terms are agreed upon.
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in Sales with a strong track record of navigating within mid-market organizations.
- Proven experience of prospection and closing in a competitive landscape on SMB business with sales cycles between 1-4 months.
- Strong commercial mindset, including assertiveness, autonomy, and proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to daily activity planning and prioritizing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French/German.
