What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, emails, video messaging, and social media targeting DACH/German markets.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and achieve quota.
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business initiatives.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value and ROI effectively.
  • Manage a high volume of accounts with prioritization strategies.
  • Adapt and leverage innovative sales tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bilingual/native proficiency in German and English
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling and emailing.
  • Consistent quota attainment and KPI achievement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high growth SaaS environment.
  • Bilingual skills in French.
