Helix Software Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing customer accounts for BMC Helix's AI-native IT service and operations management platform with an accent on customer centricity and territory business ownership. Focus on leading full sales cycles, building trust with customers, and driving revenue growth in the US market.

Location: Remote within the United States with additional office locations in Detroit, Houston, San Francisco, New York, and Washington DC.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 base with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $240,000 - $360,000.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • Proven experience in sales account management and business development.
  • Ability to lead sales processes and orchestrate internal and external resources.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
