What you will do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with targeted GSIs and their leadership.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact, fostering trust and alignment across C-level, practice, and field teams.
- Develop and execute joint multi-year business plans, including revenue targets and service offerings.
- Enable partner teams with training, assets, and certification for effective positioning and implementation of hirify.global solutions.
- Coordinate joint field engagement, account mapping, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue performance, and delivery success across priority markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, and/or partner/channel management with a focus on strategic/global partners.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, professional services, and GSI engagement in digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with global SIs such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, BCG, or similar, and/or experience in planning, FP&A, ERP, data integration, or transformation software ecosystems.
