What you will do
- Build trusted partnerships with GTM segment leaders to uncover workflow challenges and enablement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver segment-specific enablement plans spanning new hire onboarding, product, sales methodology, and AI enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Enablement, New Hire Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, and L&D.
- Serve as the voice of the field within the Enablement team, bringing segment-level insight into planning.
- Define and track success metrics for field enablement initiatives and iterate programs based on feedback.
- Help scale enablement across segments with documentation, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, sales, account management, operations, GTM, or other relevant roles.
- Proven track record of building enablement strategies tailored to field needs in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to diagnose business problems, map enablement solutions, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across GTM, Product, Marketing, Ops, and L&D.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with an eye for simplification and clarity.
- Familiarity with tools like Highspot, LMS platforms, Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
- Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Winning by Design.
