TL;DR

Field Enablement Manager (GTM Operations): Building and optimizing impactful enablement programs, tools, and processes for various GTM segments (SMB, FinTech, Banking & Wealth, Enterprise, SDR) with an accent on accelerating productivity, adoption, and impact. Focus on conducting needs assessments, designing targeted strategies, and scaling enablement initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $159,360 - $210,000 a year

What you will do

  • Build trusted partnerships with GTM segment leaders to uncover workflow challenges and enablement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver segment-specific enablement plans spanning new hire onboarding, product, sales methodology, and AI enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Enablement, New Hire Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, and L&D.
  • Serve as the voice of the field within the Enablement team, bringing segment-level insight into planning.
  • Define and track success metrics for field enablement initiatives and iterate programs based on feedback.
  • Help scale enablement across segments with documentation, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, sales, account management, operations, GTM, or other relevant roles.
  • Proven track record of building enablement strategies tailored to field needs in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to diagnose business problems, map enablement solutions, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across GTM, Product, Marketing, Ops, and L&D.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with an eye for simplification and clarity.
  • Familiarity with tools like Highspot, LMS platforms, Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Winning by Design.
