What you will do

• Lead the creation of strategic vision and establish new market partnerships, fostering long-term commitments with GSIs.
• Develop and execute strategic partner business plans aligned with field goals for cloud consumption and digital transformation.
• Drive strategic go-to-market and co-selling strategies with Microsoft field teams, prioritizing accounts.
• Ensure successful hirify.global and Microsoft co-sell by resolving complex escalations and advocating for hirify.global solutions.
• Influence hirify.global's sales transformation and help lead the integration of skills and capability plans for the hirify.global and Microsoft business.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, architecture, or business development (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years experience working in Microsoft Partnerships ecosystem.
• 2+ years experience in AI or Developer Tools and managing partnerships with large Global System Integrators.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
