What you will do

• Empower teams to own release quality by building tooling, automation, and guardrails for CI/CD pipelines.
• Codify Infrastructure-as-Code patterns to meet rigorous security and compliance needs.
• Ensure compliant, secure-by-default infrastructure is easily provisioned by developers.
• Embed a culture of proactive reliability by defining SLOs, actionable alerts, and clear observability standards.
• Level up product engineering teams to be self-sufficient in debugging pipelines and managing basic infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strategic blend of DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE principles to set architectural patterns.
• Experience steering technical modernizations, migrating from legacy systems to modern standards (Kubernetes, IaC, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to thrive in an embedded model, enabling squads through better tooling and education.
• Understanding of FinTech or Enterprise SaaS rigor for institutional clients.
• Ability to foster a culture of shared ownership, coaching engineers on operational best practices.
• Experience with technologies like Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS, Java, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
