What you will do

• Lead and manage external and remote developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure Trust & Safety systems.
• Plan and oversee projects improving technologies and processes for player and support agent experience.
• Oversee cloud platform operations ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in rotating on-call duty for 24/7 critical system support.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Helsinki or London.
• 5+ years of server-side development experience in NodeJS, Go, Python, or Java.
• Proven experience leading software development projects and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and LLM-powered systems.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
