What you will do
- Lead your team to deliver results aligned with company targets and support the systems they build.
- Act as a role model and mentor, coaching engineers and managing their career development.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to drive technical excellence.
- Oversee architectural design, code reviews, and establish Agile processes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of components in the hirify.global stack.
- Stay updated on tech trends to mentor the engineering community and improve standards.

- Proven leader of cross-functional teams with a strong focus on outcomes and business impact.
- Expert in making sound technical decisions and driving engineering excellence.
- Champion in planning and data-driven prioritisation to build high performance teams.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and process efficiencies.
- Effective communicator, simplifying complex technical and organisational challenges.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
