What you will do

• Lead your team to deliver results aligned with company targets and support the systems they build.
• Act as a role model and mentor, coaching engineers and managing their career development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to drive technical excellence.
• Oversee architectural design, code reviews, and establish Agile processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of components in the hirify.global stack.
• Stay updated on tech trends to mentor the engineering community and improve standards.

• Proven leader of cross-functional teams with a strong focus on outcomes and business impact.
• Expert in making sound technical decisions and driving engineering excellence.
• Champion in planning and data-driven prioritisation to build high performance teams.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and process efficiencies.
• Effective communicator, simplifying complex technical and organisational challenges.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
