What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and executives to align hiring strategy
• Source, engage, assess, offer, and close world-class technical talent
• Serve as a talent advisor sharing market insights and raising hiring standards
• Model recruiting best practices and strengthen the overall talent function

• Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco for hybrid work
• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong ability to deliver results under pressure and tight timelines
• Deep knowledge of structured hiring and competency-based interviewing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership, accountability, and urgency to impact business growth
