Location: Remote work available globally including EMEA, Canada, LATAM, and United States

Salary: $156,000–$187,000 USD (US-based candidates only)

What you will do

• Act as primary technical interface for top partner accounts ensuring successful product adoption and retention.
• Lead and deliver resilient integrations with builders and partners across the ecosystem.
• Define team technical approach and be responsible for technical deliverables under Solution Architect guidance.
• Engage in small Agile teams to build missing pieces enhancing developer experience and integrations.
• Coach and enforce best practices within the team as a senior technical expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years as a tech lead.
• Strong knowledge of Blockchain technology and Ethereum ecosystem with hands-on Web3 development experience.
• Mastery in backend development with Typescript/Node.js or mobile development with Typescript, React-Native, and React.js.
• Experience in software projects in production and client-facing technical engagement.
• High standards for testing, knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with QA/testing frameworks, blockchain infrastructure deployment, and smart contract development (Solidity, Wagmi/Viem, Ethers.js).
• Knowledge of trading platforms, banking/investment industry, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• User or interest in hirify.global products (MetaMask, Linea).
