What you will do

• Design and implement next-generation highly scalable, and reliable SaaS applications.
• Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs.
• Own delivery of application features end-to-end by working with product and engineering teams.
• Innovate and implement new ideas to solve software problems and improve customer experience.
• Mentor, support and develop junior engineers.
• Seek and share domain and industry knowledge with the team to improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, Node, or React).
• Experience with enterprise web applications (Java, Kotlin, or Spring).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience building and delivering multi-tenant cloud-native SaaS software.
