What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable React applications and robust TypeScript/Node.js backend services.
• Use Cursor, OpenAI API, and other AI tools extensively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and prototyping.
• Build reusable UI components, implement sophisticated state management, and ensure high performance and accessibility.
• Architect scalable microservices and APIs, design schemas for MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and optimize for performance and reliability.
• Manage infrastructure on Cloudflare (Workers/Pages) and AWS/Azure, owning the full CI/CD pipeline and contributing to DevOps automation.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization layers and API gateways, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and stay current with the latest React and Node.js trends.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Turborepo).
• Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks (e.g., NestJS, Hono, Fastify, Express).
• Proven experience using Cursor as a primary IDE and leveraging OpenAI models for coding, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare edge compute and either AWS or Azure (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
• Solid experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server), including schema design and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microfrontends, component-driven design, and message brokers/queuing.
• Proficiency in full-stack testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright).
• Excellent communication skills with solid written and verbal English skills.
