What you will do

• Lead product vision and strategy, focusing on re-imagining journeys with generative AI.
• Champion innovation and adoption of AI technologies using ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft.
• Define and prioritize product roadmap, including epics, features, and stories.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, designers, and business partners.
• Perform senior storytelling and advocacy for the transformed vision.
• Ensure change compliance of your product.

Requirements

• Product Ownership experience, managing backlogs and delivering tech changes.
• Leadership skills to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
• Generative/Agentic AI experience, ideally on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication and persuasive storytelling for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tooling like Jira & Confluence.
