What you will do
- Lead product vision and strategy, with a particular focus on re-imagining journeys using generative AI.
- Champion innovation and adoption of AI technologies to optimize processes and decision-making using ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft.
- Lead a product roadmap: defining and prioritizing epics, features, and stories.
- Collaborate with suppliers, product colleagues, engineers, designers, and business partners.
- Perform senior storytelling and advocacy of a transformed vision.
- Ensure change compliance of your product.
Requirements
- Product Ownership – own and manage the product backlog through leading cross-functional teams to deliver tech changes and AI-enabled workflows.
- Leadership – inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, demonstrating accountability and fostering collaboration.
- Generative / Agentic AI Experience – ideally on the ServiceNow platform.
- Innovation – deliver bold and innovative approaches entrenched in automation through generative AI.
- Design Thinking – collaborate with design colleagues and work through problems using design methodologies.
- Communication – persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and colleagues.
- Customer Centricity – promote the value of customer outcomes and use input to present targeted solutions.
- Technical proficiency – ability to work and collaborate with suppliers, data, and engineering teams on technical aspects.
- Performance & Value Realisation – monitor product performance against OKRs, delivering measurable business value using evidence and data.
- Stakeholder Management – anticipate and mitigate conflict to gain long-term commitment.
- Agile methodologies – experience in applying agile methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
