Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in France or the UK

hirify.global is a SaaS company developing an AI-powered platform for business planning and performance management.

What you will do

• Understand user journeys and pain points with stakeholders, and translate insights into useful product solutions.
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished product interfaces from concept through release.
• Collaborate with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and other designers.
• Analyze launched solutions and improve the platform through iterative design.
• Define and build a scalable design language and create thoughtful new design-system components.
• Help develop design-team best practices and improve design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house experience as an individual contributor on a complex product.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience designing, iterating, and shipping product solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, web application UI, information architecture, and aesthetic judgment.
• Strategic product thinking and the ability to make decisions based on user impact and company strategy.
• Experience working and communicating with web developers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of web integration technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
