What you will do

• Evaluate and qualify all inbound enquiries, ensuring the inbound qualification process is executed to a high standard.
• Engage proactively with all inbound enquiries via email, calls, and other appropriate channels to understand needs and assess interest.
• Strive to convert inbound enquiries and outbound campaigns into qualified pipeline opportunities for Business Development teams.
• Utilize platforms such as 6sense to identify accounts in the market and manage targeted outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with global sales teams to ensure qualified enquiries are assigned and followed up with in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts with high Marketing engagement to assess readiness for sales team engagement and convert to qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience ideally in Payments / Fintech or selling a complex B2B product/solution.
• 2+ years of experience working in an SDR role, with experience in both qualifying inbound leads and running outbound campaigns.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Apollo.io, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
• Experience using Pardot and Salesforce CRM or equivalent for managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
• Experience using 6Sense Account Based Marketing platform.
• Natural aptitude for sales and comfortable conversing with people over email and video calls.
