What you will do
- Identify and engage high-potential UK B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized sequences
- Qualify leads by uncovering business needs and buying readiness, then hand over to Account Executives
- Become a trusted product expert articulating hirify.global AI’s value for UK companies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Expansion Lead to refine messaging and scale UK market efforts
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report on outreach and conversion metrics
- Collect market feedback to support validation and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- English: Native or fluent speaker
- 1+ year experience in B2B SDR or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Strong communication skills for cold calls, discovery, and video meetings
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and data-driven pipeline tracking
- Location: Based in Barcelona or open to relocate
