Focus on owning the end-to-end upsell sales cycle, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining CRM records.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Proactively reach out to existing hirify.global customers for in-depth consultative discussions on revenue management strategies.
• Conduct compelling, data-driven product demonstrations articulating how DR+ enhances pricing and delivers strong ROI.
• Utilise your hands-on hotel revenue management background to serve as an expert, educating hoteliers on best practices.
• Own the end-to-end upsell sales cycle within your defined territory from qualification to contract closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets for the DR+ product.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and customer information within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Strong background and proven track record in operational hotel revenue management is essential.
• Demonstrated ambition to transition from an operational role into a high-growth SaaS commercial environment.
• Clear, confident communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in French (C2 level) and full working proficiency in English.
• Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ideally Salesforce) and proficiency with standard business tools.
