What you will do

• Design and operate secure multi-region cloud platforms across Azure and GCP.
• Develop container platforms for microservices using managed orchestration services.
• Manage core platform networking, including firewalls, load balancing, and CDN/Edge traffic.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Build self-service templates and guardrails to enable independent team deployments.
• Implement Well-Architected Framework principles to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and GCP infrastructure, networking, and security.
• High proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation best practices.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing effective branching strategies.
• Ability to administer and support both Linux and Windows systems in cloud environments.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and auditability.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Milton Keynes office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code development and documentation.
