What you will do

• Provide senior DevOps leadership and evangelize reliability and security principles across the engineering organization.
• Provision and manage resilient infrastructure across multiple cloud regions and availability zones.
• Build and maintain featureful developer platforms centered on container orchestration.
• Enable continuous delivery and deployment capabilities using GitOps tooling and automated pipelines.
• Optimize infrastructure costs through rightsizing and the creation of ephemeral environments.
• Proactively monitor system security and reliability using advanced observability and tracing tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Extensive production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle, Helm, and the CNCF landscape.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or GitLab CI.
• Experience managing secrets and least-privileged access using tools like HashiCorp Vault or Boundary.
• Passion for building high-performing, cloud-native applications and agentic AI workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments and service meshes like Istio.
• Software engineering proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
• Knowledge of BigData technologies like Spark or Databricks.
• Domain expertise in cryptocurrency infrastructure and currency daemons.
• Experience with Chaos Engineering and defining SLOs.
