What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles in New York and Michigan offices.
• Partner with hiring managers to design effective and inclusive hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in banking and financial services.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting company culture and values.
• Collaborate with global People and Talent teams on hiring standards and messaging.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency and quality of hire.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in in-house talent acquisition focused on banking, financial services, or lending roles.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, especially in New York and Michigan.
• Proven ability to attract and hire top talent across commercial, credit, risk, operations, and corporate functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems such as Lever and HiBob.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about recruitment excellence, diversity, and candidate journey.
