What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles in New York and Michigan offices.
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective and inclusive hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in banking and financial services.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting company culture and values.
- Collaborate with global People and Talent teams on hiring standards and messaging.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in in-house talent acquisition focused on banking, financial services, or lending roles.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, especially in New York and Michigan.
- Proven ability to attract and hire top talent across commercial, credit, risk, operations, and corporate functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and HR systems such as Lever and HiBob.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about recruitment excellence, diversity, and candidate journey.
