What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a transparent and engaging candidate experience
• Build and manage diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and multi-channel strategies
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and deliver strong hiring outcomes
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate competencies, and manage offer processes end-to-end
• Utilize tools like Greenhouse and BrightHire to support data-driven hiring decisions and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with complex searches
• Strong command of modern sourcing strategies and creative outbound techniques
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Greenhouse and BrightHire platforms
