What you will do

• Collaborate with management to hire for R&D, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, candidate prescreening, interviews, and onboarding paperwork.
• Oversee and maintain the Greenhouse applicant tracking system ensuring accurate candidate tracking.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience representing hirify.global positively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Sandy, UT, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years of successful recruiting experience across job levels and types.
• 3-5 years experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of HR law related to hiring and interviewing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
