What you will do

• Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and beyond
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and talent pipelines in the AMER region
• Support recruitment efforts in EMEA and collaborate cross-regionally
• Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top commercial talent
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer close
• Leverage market intelligence and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM roles at high-growth companies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset to guide hiring strategy
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience running executive-level searches
• Previous B2B SaaS hiring experience is a plus
