What you will do

• Define and execute the Core Banking product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop pricing strategies for deposit products in collaboration with Treasury and Finance.
• Lead product development to support UK and US market requirements and expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, compliance, and external partners.
• Become a subject matter expert in core banking operations, including account management, ledger, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
• Make strategic build-versus-buy decisions for critical banking functionalities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services or banking technology
• Strong technical fluency and experience shipping user-centric digital products
• Experience navigating UK and US regulatory environments and working with compliance teams
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience in scale-up or growth environments and mentoring product managers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of core banking systems and operations
• Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, and microservices architectures
• Experience with modern core banking platforms such as ThoughtMachine
• Accountancy qualification or background in ledger management
• Experience in payments, cards, or lending operations
• Dual-market banking operations experience (UK/US)
