What you will do

• Lead development and scaling of the internal automation platform using AI and workflow tools.
• Partner with internal teams to map and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Design and ship agentic AI-powered workflows that replace manual judgment.
• Build platform guardrails for security, data protection, and scalability.
• Evangelize AI and automation adoption across the company through demos and training.
• Set and track success metrics to measure impact and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3+ years product management experience; 5+ years preferred for senior level.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or scripting.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data analysis including SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership.
• Curiosity and experience with emerging AI/agent frameworks and LLM tooling.
