TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the development of hirify.global's FinCrime Action Squad products focused on customer and regulatory actions with an accent on product vision, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on solving complex problems in a regulated environment, driving customer impact, and working closely with ML and risk teams.

Location: London or Remote in the UK with ad hoc monthly meetings in London. Relocation and visa sponsorship available for the UK.

Salary: £95,000-£120,000 + stock options and benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead product vision and strategy for the FinCrime Action Squad.
  • Communicate product vision effectively to inspire and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Define, deliver, and measure customer-focused product impact.
  • Drive exploration and discovery in customer and regulatory action spaces.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate.
  • Experienced product manager with a track record of shipping products in fast-growing companies.
  • Experience in platform product teams and regulated environments.
  • Data-driven with experience collaborating with ML experts or data scientists.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or financial crime prevention.
  • Passion for customer value and continuous improvement.
